Xsedo Enterprise LLC Warranty

With Audis4parts.com/Xsedo Enterprise LLC, you can be confident in your purchase, as every item comes with a 45-day DOA (dead on arrival) warranty and a 6-month/Unlimited Mile warranty on all transmission and motors*.  The 45-day and 6-month warranties start from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

If your received part fails within the 45-day or 6-month window, please email explaining what part failed with a picture showing the issue**.

 

Audis4Parts.com Return Policy

All sales are final.  Parts can be returned within the 45-day warranty period for a 30% restocking fee.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in item description.  At Xsedo Enterprise LLC’s discretion, we will offer either an in-store credit or cash value back.

*Warranty does not cover failed timing belts or failure of any timing-related components.  It is up to the buyer to replace any worn timing components.  Warranty  also does not cover any motor with greater-than-stock components installed (this does include Ko4’s).

*Warranty on complete engines does not cover any soft seals and gaskets such as valve covers gaskets, cam seals & plugs, etc…
It is up to the buyer to replace all wearable parts!!!

*Xsedo Enterprise does not warranty the instillation cost of other shops labor!

 

**For electrical parts, a screenshot of a vag-com is sufficient. For any transmission or motor failure, the part will need to be returned to Xsedo Enterprise LLC for inspection.  Shipping will be refunded if it is deemed that Xsedo Enterprise LLC is at fault.  Documentation of failure will be provided for all motor and transmission issues.
