Audis4Parts.com Warranty 

 

With audis4parts.com you can be confident in your purchase as every item comes with a 45 day DOA (dead on arrival) warranty and a 6month/Unlimited Mile on all transmission and motors**.  The 45 day and 6 month warranty starts from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

If your received part fails within the 45 or 6 month window please email explaining what part failed with a picture showing the issue*. 

Audis4Parts.com Return Policy

All sales are final.  Parts can be returned within the 45 warranty period for a 20% restocking fee.  The customer is responsible for all shipping cost, unless other wise stated in item.  At Tullin Concepts LLC discrestion, we will offer either an instore credit or cash value back.

*if an electrical part, a screen shot of a vag-com is sufficient. For any transmission or motor failure, part will need to be returned to Tullin Concepts for inspection.  Shipping will be refunded if part is deemed Tullin Concepts LLC fault.  Documentation of failure will be provided for all motor and transmission if found in either favor.

 

**Warranty does not cover failed timing belts or failure to any timing related components.  It is up to the buyer to replace any worn timing components.  Warranty also  doesnot over any motor installed with greater then stock components installed (this does include Ko4's)
